摘要
云南省有7个县18个村系无病有螺区,其中山区占88.9%,坝区占11.1%.本文对永胜和丽江县无病有螺和有病有螺村的钉螺进行了血吸虫感染对比实验。结果表明:均可感染血吸虫毛蚴.说明无病有螺区潜在血吸虫病流行可能,应定期监测.
There are 7 counties and 18 villages of non-endemic areas of schistosomiasis with On-comelania snails (NEASS) in Yunnan Province. Among them, 88.9% distributes in the mountainous region, 11. 1 % in the basin of the mountains.This paper reports the experimental results about Oncomelania snails that have been artificially infected with miracidia (by artifcially) in NEASS villages and endemic areas in Yongsheng and Lijiang Counties of Yunnan Province. The experiment confirms that all of the Oncomelania snails of NEASS can be infected with schistosome miracidium from nearby endemic area. This paper also presents that NEASS is potential endemic area, which should be surveillanced further.
