摘要 The crystal structure of β-momorcharin has been determined using molecular replacement method. The structure has been refined at 2.4A resolution giving an R-factor of 0.204. when the oligosaccharide was absent in the model. with r. m. s.deviations of 0.018A and 3.32°from ideal bond lengths and bond angles, respectively.The three-dimensional structure ofβ-momorcharin is similar to that of trichosanthin.
