The mimeses of peroxidase by Mn(II)-TETA complex in catalytic luminol H2O2 chemiluminescence and L-Tyr-H2O2 fluorescence reactions were etudied The chemiluminescence and spectrofluorimetric methods of determination of H2O2 and glucose in human serum have been developed. The Michaelis-Menten constant K and maximum rate Vmax were measured.
