东海之滨,黄浦江畔,大潮新起,惊涛拍岸,一江春水跳动着新世纪的灿烂,八面来风满载着大时代的呼唤!抓住机遇,迎接挑战;转换机制,改革发展!于是,十年前一个明媚的春天,滚滚商海扬起了一面奋进的风帆。她,就是上海新亚集团!在市场中实现企业的价值新亚集团是在市饮食服务公司所属企业的基础上发展起来的。市政府批准成立公司的目的,是要振兴上海饮食服务业,因此,经营方针需要作重大的改变。诸如对内接待与对外接待、高中低不同档次、上海市场与外地市场、国内市场与国际市场、主业经营与多元化经营等一系列重大问题都需要重新决策。经过反复研讨,他们决定冲破按行业行政归属体系来规定企业经营方针的旧框框,根据市场导向提出了"坚持面向大众,实行分档经营,适应多方面多层次消费需求"的经营总方针。在这一决策思想指引下,他们冲破了对内宾接待与对外宾接待分工不可逾越的界限,实行"内外结合、以外促内"的方针,除建设了三大涉外宾馆外,一批老旅馆改造成内外宾都能接待的中档酒店;改变了只能适应低档次服务的状况,实行"高中低档次协调发展,以中档为主"的方针;打破了经营地域的界限,实行"立足上海、面向全国、走向世界"的方针,大胆地到外地发展联营企业,到外国发展合资企业,使企业路子越走越宽。
Shanghai Xin Ya Group is developed based on the enterprises attached to the Mu- nicipal Food Service Corporation.After ten years' hardworking by the staff members in the group,the group has developed into a large-sized enterprises group consisting of more than 100 wholly-owned,holding enterprises or stock-sharing enterprises in- cluding Yangtze River Grand Hotel,Hailun Guest House,Jianguo Guest House and oth- er large-sized deluxe guest houses beginning from the group including 14 medium and small-sized old guest houses and other small enterprises. For the past ten years,the net value of the assets,business volume and profit- tax respectively increased by 11 times,51 times and 18 times.The current Xin Ya Group equals to 11 original Xin Ya Group. The group adheres to the purpose of 'developing brings expansion' and to the re- form and open to outside world,and continuously develops and further displays the spirit of arduous building,then tries to make Xin Ya Group grow into a large-sized modernized,standard commerical enterprises group with total assets of 10 billion yuan by the end of this century.
