在大上海,大大小小、形形色色的工厂、企业如满天的繁星,数也数不清。而上海油脂二厂却以她悠久的历史成为其中耀眼的一颗。始建于1902年的上海油脂二厂在风雨中走过了93个春秋,正日益焕发出勃勃的生机。在党的改革开放政策实行后,谱写了一曲国有老企业的巨变之歌。"老"字号,在中国的历史上曾经成为一种时尚、象征和骄傲,但在市场经济冲击的今天,"老"字却被岁月的风尘抹去了昔日的光彩。不仅如此,1994年,随着我国粮油流通体制改革的深化,油脂行业面临严峻挑战:原料紧缺、价格上涨、市场疲软……面对困难。
Shanghai No.2 Oil Plant grew out of the former'Li De Oil Plant'invested by Shenyang enterpriser Mr.Liu in 1902.Now the plant has a history of 93 years.Its major products include:artifi- cial cream,butter,cocoa oil substitute,refining vegetable oil, refining soya—bean oil and other edible oils with annual output value of 33.9 million yuan.The plant makes great effort to ad- vance the technological modernization and has already carried out the development of chocolate products workshop project,re- search of western style pastry's artificial cream,trial for special butter used for biscuit,and technological upgrading of hydrogen soya—bean oil.Under the guidance of the plant director Xion Guogui,this state—owned old enterprise is radiating the youth and vitality in the spring of market—oriented economy.
