摘要
1994年10月10日,上海第一钢铁厂举行烧结工程主机130平方米烧结机洪炉点火仪式,当两束蓝色的火焰熊熊燃烧起来之时,该厂的这一重要技术改造项目在其技术发展史上划下了一个完满的句号。上海第一钢铁厂的130平方米烧结工程,是上海市政府1994年实事重大项目,也是该厂"八五"期间技改重点项目和1994年的重点工程。自1992年6月30日工程开工打下第一根椿开始,经历了2年零3个月的紧张施工建设,工程投资达2.6亿元。在这一项目的建设历程中,该厂在人力、物力、财力等诸方面着力保证工程质量与进度,并得到马鞍山钢铁研究设计院、十三冶、十七冶、上海冶金建设公司、宝冶三公司等单位的通力协作,使工程主机130平方米烧结机无论是工艺装备还是设备选型配套,都具有较高水平,顺利如期竣工。
Shanghai No.1 Steelworks is a state firstgrade enterprise and state— owned large—sized enterprise.At present,it has a total staff of more than 20,00 with strength technical power.Its technical modernization major pro- ject 130 square meters burning works was successfully completed in 1994, therefore its economic and technical indexes all upgrading to a new step.In 1994,its annual output of steel was more than 2.4 million tons,ranking 8th position in our country;annual output of steel materials was more than 1.37 million tons,ranking 11th position in our country;its annual sales income was 6.5 billion yuan,becoming the first major one of profit earnings in metallurgi- cal departments in Shanghai.Its major products include threaded steel rein- forcement,steamless steel tube and heatrolling steel plate which won the national quality certificate and are widely used for the major projects in Shanghai such as Nanpu Bridge,Yangpu Bridge,Oriental Bright Pearl TV Tower,Subway Works,Internal Ring Line Works and so on.
