先进的技术既能减轻人们繁重的体力劳动,又能促进生产力的发展。上海电站辅机厂的职工们不仅从心眼里敬佩那些发明创造所取得辉煌成果的前人,而且更注重自己脚踏实地的进行技术改造,努力提高劳动生产力。该厂坚持改革方针,坚持技术进步,重视质量工作,注重安全生产。1981年引进了美国福斯特、惠勒能源公司的高压加热器设计制造技术;1987年起与美国考柏斯公司长期合作生产吹灰器,产品返销国际市场;1988年引进了瑞士苏尔寿的汽机旁路系统设计制造技术,通过引进技术消化、移植和产品的开发研究,使得工厂的总体技术水平达到了当代国际先进水平和国内领先地位。在引进技术和技术开发的同时,通过"六五"、"七五"、"八五"重点技术改造。
Shanghai Electric Power Station Auxiliary Machinery Plant adheres to reform and open policy,and pays special attention to quality and safety pro- duction.By importing advanced technologies at abroad and then absorbing them and developing its own new products,the plant made its comprehen- sive technical level come up to the current international advanced level and the leading level in our country. With its remarkable achievements,the plant won National Advanced Collective and 5.1 May Day Labour Medal in 1987;the state grade two en- terprise in 1988;since 1984,it was awarded Civilized Unit at municipal level in Shanghai for continuously seven years;in 1994,it was annouced to be a- mong the top 500 largest industrial enterprises in Shanghai by State Statis- tics Bureau,ranking the 98th position;in 1993,it was rated as high and new technology enterprise in Shanghai by People's Government of Shanghai.
