Fuzhou Municipal Suburbs Real Estate Compre- hensive Development Corporation is an economic entity with legal status under the leadership of Fuzhou Suburbs People's Government and now it is a second class enterprise for urban's comprehen- sive development.It was established in March, 1988.For the past six years,it completed total de- velopment and reconstruction area of 610 mu with architectural area of 550,000 square metres and successively completed 18 residential small districts and widened and reconstructed six roads.The annu- al development volume amounted to 200,000 square metres and the annual completion area amounted to 100,000 square metres.The corporation has five joint venture corporations such as'Hua Sheng', 'Zhong Shan','Xin Rong':'Guling Summer Moun- tain Villa'and so on and one forest ground with 1000 mu and also set up Fuqiong Real Estate Corpo ration and Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation in Hainan Province.
