楔子1984年1月1日,中央军委、国务院一声令下:铁道兵第十一师第五十五团集体转业,并入铁道部,成为铁道部第十六工程局第五工程处。霎晴,两千多名官兵,含着热泪,怀着依依不舍的心情,摘下了鲜红的领章帽徽,脱下绿军装,从此结束了纵横驰骋的军旅生涯,掀开了铁路施工企业的新篇章。军人风采忆往昔,峥嵘岁月稠。逭支铁道轻骑兵,征服过无数县崖峭壁,闯过道道激流险滩,为祖国的铁路建设,贡献出青春和热血,成为共和国一代豪迈的军人。如今,兵转工的铁十六局五处全体员工怀着眷恋之情告别了昨天的军人生活,告别了昨天的成就,告别了昨天的骄傲,随即投入到轰轰烈烈的建设新征程。
Ministry of Railway No.16 Engineering Bureau No.5 Engineering Depart- ment grew out of Chinese People's Liberation Army Railway Engineering Corps No.11 Division 55 Regiment.In 1984,the regiment was incorporated into the Ministry of Railway.It is a railway comprehensive executive first grade enterprise approved by the state.The department successively took part in the construction of the national major projects Da-Qin Railway Line, Jing-Jiu Line,Bao-Zhong Line and Nan-Kun Line as well as the projects of Cheng-Yu High-Grade Highway,Tangshan Qixin Cloverleaf intersection and so on.More than ten among these projects won the Superior Quality Pro- ject at state or ministrial or provincial levels.At present,it has a fixed as- sets off 45 million yuan and the annual construction capacity coming up to 200 million yuan.It was awarded'Provincial Advanced Enterprise'and'Ad- vanced Enterprise Stressing Contracts and Keeping Promises',etc.
