中国的改革开放,似汹涌大潮,千帆竞发,百舸争流。作为国家机械行业大型企业的唐山冶金矿山机械厂众志成城,紧紧伴随着共和国前进的节拍,谱写着改革开放、再创辉煌的新篇章。"重矿企业唯一的出路就是要打出去。"这是唐山冶金矿山机械厂厂长兼党委书记张瑞祥在谈到企业几年来发展情况时所讲的一句话。近年来,唐山冶金矿山机械厂积极适应改革开放的新形势,立足国内,着眼世界,走科技兴厂、产品争先的发展道路,不断消化吸收国外先进技术和科学管理手段。
Tangshan Metallurgical Mining Machinery Plant was established in 1936.It is a large- sized backbone enterprise under the Ministry of Mechanical Industry and the state second class enterprise.As the development of the national economy,the plant has developed into a large- sized enterprise with the capability to undertake scientific research,design,manufacturing,ex- periment,installation for complete set of equip- ment after several major technological modern- ization and extension.The enterprise has a fixed assets of 170 million yuan and 14 branch plants and workshops together with metallurgical min- ing machinery research institute.It is also e- quipped with product laboratory and measuring testing centre with complete instrument and ad- vanced means.The annual productive capacity of metallurgical mining machinery is above 15,000 ton and the annual total industrial output value amounts to more than 150 million yuan.In the recent years,the plant successively won the honourable titles such as state second grade en- terprise,state first class measurement qualified enterprise,state first class file management en- terprise,quality rnanagement prize enterprise at ministrial level,safety class enterprise in the Ministry and so on.In 1993,it was determined as enterprise with self-operated export right by the state.
