中国第22冶金建设公司领导在无装备、无基地、无资金的困境下,做了一个彩色梦——梦见自己公司走出困境,一跃成为国家一级资质国有大型施工企业。现在让我们来看看,他们是如何圆这个彩色梦的。1976年唐山大地震后,在恢复唐山钢铁厂生产的同时,为准备筹建冀东大钢生产基地,从原二冶抽调17000余名员工组建中国第22冶金建设公司,但到1983年,中央决定停建冀东大钢而上宝钢。于是,22冶被冷置一边,面临非常困难的境地——原属拨款的基地建设资金由接改贷,原定随冀东大钢而拨给的设备、装备不能到位……面对这种情况,公司领导提出了"南征北战,奋力拼搏,艰苦奋斗,争创一流"的企业精神,率领广大职工率先闯入市场。只要有任务,他们不择地方,不讲条件,依靠自己的素质、管理水平和技术优势顽强地拼搏。
China No.22 Metallurgical Construction Corporation is a state-owned large-sized construction enterprise with state first grade qualification and turn-key contract corporation with second grade qualification.It is mainly engaged in the comprehensive construction for large-and medium-sized metal smelting combined plants,petroleum,chemical industry,electric pow- er,building materials,machinery,textile,railway,highway,urban public facilities,civil use construction and so on. With the enterprise spirits of'making effort to develop and trying to cre- ate first-class',the corporation stepped out of the difficult situation of one plant with no equipment,no base and no capital'and became the first to join the market.After 19 years effort,it occupied the 67th position among the top 500 strongest enterprises with largest business scale in our country and the 252th position among the top 500 construction enterprises with best economic benefits in our country and the 3rd position among the top 30 strongest con- struction enterprises in Hebei Province.It also became one of the enterprises with strongest power for metallurgical equipment installation projects in our country.At present,the corporation has total capital of 719 million yuan and realized annual profit and tax of 19.06 million yuan and exchange earning of US $ 16.32 million and total output value of 633 million yuan.
