世纪之末,变革之秋,多少改革奇葩绽放在热浪滚滚的华夏大地上,点缀了一个又一个万紫千红的春天。唐山发电总厂新区热电厂,正是这样一朵改革大潮中怒放的花朵。唐山发电总厂新区热电厂是震后用唐山市的资金复建而成的,由华北电管局和发电总厂组织代管。该厂自1992年以来加快改革步伐,制定了一系列整改措施和目标,取得较好成绩。该厂坚持群众性的技术革新,合理化建议与科技攻关相结合,努力降低煤、电、水等指标的消耗。仅1992年就提出合理化建议1308项,采纳702项,创经济效益256.65万元,节约标煤25833吨,节水69万立方米;并实现安全生产1288天,创利税5502万元,其中利润4756万元。
Hebei Province Tangshan Municipal Power General Plant Xinqu Heat and Power Plant has made remarkable achievements since it has carried out a series of reform measures in 1992. In 1992,the plant realized safety produc- tion of 1288 clays and created profit and tax of 55.02 million yuan with profit of 47.56 mil- lion yuan.It again became the second largest profit and tax earner in the whole city and continuously won Civilized Unit at Hebei Province for three times and Large and Medi- um-Sized Enterprise Patriotic Health Cam- paign Ten Excellent Unit and other honourable titles. In 1993,the plant realized total industrial output value of 55.21 million yuan. In 1994,the plant realized total industrial output value of 55.58 million yuan and real- ized profit and tax of 43 million yuan.It was awarded 1994 Year-Round Hygiene City Preparation Advanced Unit by Xin Qu People's Government.
