Fujian Hongli Engineering Co.Ltd is an enter- prise with sole foreign investment registered in Fuzhou in June,1989 approved by Fujian Province Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Committee and an industrial and commercial corporation with real estate development of Hongkong Hongjia Group Co.Ltd as major task.Its business scope includes,real estate development,architectural design,construction,decoration at abroad in a manner of Joint management,undertaking of Chi- nese courts or gardens architectural projects.In 1993,it became a second class corporation for ur- ban comprehensive development approved by Provincial Construction Commission and was rat- ed as one of the 300 largest enterprises among the third industry in Fujian Province and occupied the 4th position among the real estate trade in the whole province.The construction total scale of the corporation is 470,000 square metres and the investment of the real estate amounted to several hundreds of million yuan.
