在福州市解困住宅建设开发公司采访,总经理沈兆武给记者讲了这样一则故事——1993年7月,面对1992年下半年以来急速爬升的房地产热,决策层已屡屡发出要降温的警告。建设部侯捷部长此时来到了福州福兴茶会解困住宅小区,他看着一大片正在加紧施工中的住宅,听取完解困住宅建设开发公司沉兆武总经理的介绍后,禁不住一改几天来的严肃神情,高兴道:"解困住宅建设是一项德政的事业,房地产业要降温,但解困住宅不但不能降温,还要加大规模、加大速度、尽快解决群众的住房困难。"并欣然为小区题名。是啊,为什幺在房地产热的1992年,沈兆武却另辟蹊径,创办了这幺一家公司呢?
Fuzhou Municipal Difficulty-Solving(Jiekun) Residential Construction and Development Corpora- tion is a special real estate development enterprise engaged in the development and construction of cheap residences to help people get out of trouble. It was approved to be established in April,1992 by Fuzhou Municipal People's Government.In the be- ginning,the corporation was a one-person enter- prise with 50,000 yuan start fund and now it grows into an enterprise that has developed more than 300 mu land and constructed three residential small dis- tricts such as'Fu Xing Tea Garden Small Residen- tial Area'and so on to help people move in- to new houses with total architectural area of more than 300,000 square metres.In 1994,it completed investment of 106 million yuan,with sales of 77.41 million yuan;in 1995,it will complete 20 residential build- ings with 85,000 square metres and 1020 a- partments with cheap prices.Reports have been given to the difficulty-solving resi- dential construction in Fuzhou for several times by CCTV,Xinhua Press and newspa- per in Hongkong,etc.
