光阴如闪电般逝去。顺应城市建设步伐而始建的福州市第三建筑工程公司已跨过"而立"又三。公司不断发展壮大,从开初200多人的小型企业,发展到1500名固定工、300多名合同工的职工队伍,拥有初、中、高级经济、工程技术人员150多名,大小施工机械、设备机具和运输机械设备480多台套,固定资产2000余万元,自有流动资金880万元的经济实体。1986年经福建省建委企业技术资质审定为二级建筑施工企业。
Fuzhou Municipal No.3 Architectural Engineering Corporation has a history of 32 years which established to conform to the urban construction pace.It developed from a small-sized enterprise with 200 odds at the be- ginning to the present economic entity with staff mem- bers of more than 1,800 including 150 odds economical and engineering technicians with senior,medium-class and junior class professional titles,executive mechani- cal equipment of 480 sets,fixed assets of 20 million yuan and self-owned current assets of 8.8 million yuan.In 1986,it was rated as Second Grade Construc- tion Enterprise with the technical qualification examina- tion and approval by Provincial Construction Commit- tee In the past thirty years,the corporation has con- structed several dozens of high buildings from 12 to 33 stories high and steel roof industrial buildings with large span of 30 and 24 metres.With the superior quality of the works,the corporation was awarded the advanced terprise and civilized unit at provincial and municipal levels.In 1993,it won the highest honourable prize for works of the national collective construction enterprises ——'Golden House Prize'issued by State Ministry of Construction and China Collective Association.
