风云变幻的房地产业,潮起又潮落.据来自官方的统计称;1994年房地产开发投资回落到41.3%,与1993年相比,回落了83.6个百分点,而且新开工面积出现了负增长。尽管如此,位于南中国经济圈内的福州市房地产经营公司仍跃上了一个新的高度:1994年共施工7片33座工程,总建筑面积150039m^2,竣工12座建筑面积62126m^2;完成旧米仓、群众路、秘书巷等地的回迁安置计397户,超额完成计划回迁数的20.6%,是公司成立以来最多的一年;上交利税500多万元,并为市政府提供"广厦"工程42套约3000多平方米的住宅……我们不必再一一列举了。
Fuzhou Municipal Real Estate Operation Cor- poration was established on July 12,1985.It has a registered capital of 2 million RMB yuan and is un- der the leadership of Fuzhou Municipal House Ad- ministration Bureau. After ten years development,the corporation developed into a second grade real estate develop- ment enterprise from a third grade real estate de- velopment enterprise at the beginning,its current assets developed into 12 million yuan from 2 million yuan,the annual development grew into 200,000 m^2/year from 10,000m^2/year,now it accumulated to develop and construct civil use residence with more than 500,000m^2.In 1993,the corporation oc- cupied the 8th position among the top 100 strength real estate development enterprises in Fujian Province.In 1994,it occupied the 16th position a- mong the real estate development enterprises in Fujian Province during the comparison and competi- tion of Fujian Province Third Industry 300 Large En- terprises.
