摘要
厦门市房地产股份有限公司的历史是一部奋勇拼搏、不断壮大的历史,是一部坚持改革、开拓前进的历史。公司在改革方面,跨出了三大步:第一步,政企分开,走向市场。原厦门市房地产公司与市房地产管理局是一个政企合一单位,公司在职能、责权、编制、人事制度等诸多方面关系没理顺,束缚了公司的发展。从1986年起,公司、房管局着手准备改革方案,经过多方努力,终于在1990年实现了政企分开,为公司走向市场、参与竞争创造了有利条件。第二步,实行股份制改革,先后完成了《可行性报告》、《公司章程》及《控股证明书》等一系列必备材料,经过资产评估与确认、定向股本的募集和国有股的委托等程序后,于1993年8月召开了"厦门市房地产股份有限公司创立暨首届股东代表大会",宣告厦门市房地产股份有限公司正式创立。
Xiamen Municipal Real Estate Joint- Stock Co.Ltd adheres to the principle of' striving creating benefit,reform improving de- velopment'and conducted a series reform on systems for personnel,labour use,wage dis- ribution,etc.so as to initiate the working en- husiasm of the staff members and help the an- nual profit increase steadily.In 1993,the prof- totalled 35 million yuan and the development working volume was 26 million yuan,and thus reating best historical record.Up to now since the establishment of the Special Econom- ic Zone,the corporation totally developed ouses of 1 million square metres and the total development volume took the lead among the eal estate trade in Xiamen.In the past ten years,the corporation successively completed oreign investment contract sum of 1.1 billion RMB yuan. Because of remarkable achievements,the orporation was rated as Ad anced Unit Stressing Contract and Keeping Promise by Provincial and Municipal People's Government or years,and awarded the honourable titles of'Advanced Collective for Engineering Quali- y Management','Civilized Unit' and so on by Construction Commission for continuously three years.
