如果不是史书的记载,谁会相信2000年前的中国人,竟因着那一段柔软的丝绸,铺就出一条横贯整个亚洲的商旅大道。但身为上海华申丝绸有限公司总经理的陈永德先生对此却是深信不疑的。这位在利比利亚、孟加拉等国大使馆作过秘书、翻译,十分熟悉外贸经济的总经理,对中国丝绸在当今世界上的地位有着相当深入的了解:在国际丝绸市场上,中国的产品起着举足轻重的作用。丝绸,是中国现在唯一能左右世界市场销量和价格的商品。以中国出口的厂丝和坯绸为例,其数量就分别占世界市场的90%和60%以上。华申丝绸有限公司创建于1988年8月8日,诞生第一年,就被评为全国出口创汇先进单位,全国外商投资"双优"企业。
Shanghai Huashen Silk Co.Ltd is a joint venture established by the enterprises respectively in China,Hongkong and the United States.It has its own printing and dyeing mill,garment mill,necktie mill and so on and the advanced printing,dyeing and after—treatment and sewing equip- ment imported form abroad.Its business scope covers:designing,manu- facturing and marketing the piece silk fabric,necktie,kerchief,muffler, garment and other products by printing,dyeing,scouring,bleanching and yarn—dyeing made from varied kinds of fibre materials.The products are far exported to many countries and regions such as the United States, Hongkong,Japan,Singapore,Europe and so on. In 1989,the corporation was awarded as the Export,Exchange— Earning Advanced Enterprise in our country.Since 1989,it was awarded as'National Foreign Investment Double Excellent Enterprise in succes- sively years.Since 1991,it was awarded as Product Export Type For- eign Investment Advanced Enterprise in Shanghai Municipality in succes- sively years.In 1993,it was awarded as one of the Top 500 Enterprises in our country.In 1992,it was one of the Enterprises with Largest Benefit in Shanghai.
