摘要
45年前,当中华人民共和国诞生之际,日本的一家历史十分悠久的综合性商社,在几经分化组合后,也以新生的"丸红"株式会社问世了。仿佛是这一历史性的巧合,使"丸红"株式商社与中国从此结下不解之缘。早在1972年中日建交正常化之前,该社就已在纤维、食品等领域与中国展开了贸易往来。自那以后,该商社对华贸易形式日益丰富,活动范围也不断扩大。特别是1990年4月中国作出了开发、开放上海浦东重大决策之后,丸红商社更是利用自己的优势,率先在浦东新区建立了丸红(上海)有限公司、上海外红国际物流有限公司、上海丸田服装有限公司,同时在长江三角洲地区相继设立了十几家三资企业。丸红(上海)有限公司,成立于1993年3月,注册在外高桥保税区内。
Wuhong Shanghai Co.Ltd is a joint venture located in China by Wanhong Co.Ltd in Japan.It was established in March,1993 and registered in the Waigaoqiao Duty-Free District.The corporation makes use of the operational pattern in the Japanese companies completely.At present,it has a staff of 20 odds and includes Manager Office,Financial Department,Business No.1 De- partment,Business No.2 Department.It is planned that the annual business volume will be US $500 million.It is mainly engaged in the international trade,the trade among the enterprises in the domestic duty-free districts,the import and export in the duty-free district on the commissioned basis,trade information consultanting service.
