In this paper,the variations of mechanical characteristics of speciments charged hydrogen are investigated at various strain arts. macrograph and micrograph of fracture surface are observed by employing SEM. The ralation between strain rates and hydrogen embrittlement sensitive of 40Cr steel are investigated.
