The tablet BM 38770 (80-11-12, 645) consists of the left-hand half of a small tablet from Babylon, and measures 4.2×3.3×1.6cm^1. The text of the tablet contains a short inscription concerning the dedication of a table to the goddess Itar by Nabonidus, the last king of the NeoBabylonian Period. The tablet is presented below in copy, transliteration, and translation, and is then followe(?)comments and a brief discussion.
