摘要
蛋用矮小型公母种鸡系人工授精制种测定其孵化性能。试验结果表明,保存3天的种蛋受精蛋孵化率为92.44％,极显著高于保存10—13天的种蛋(P<0.01);55.1—58.0g蛋重组,种蛋的受精蛋孵化率达91.27％,极显著优于≤43.0g组和49.1—52.0g组(P<0.01);蛋形指数为74.01—77.00％的种蛋受精蛋孵化率最高,达88.21％,与>83.0％蛋形指数组差异极显著(P<0.01);蛋重与出壳雏鸡重的相关系数为0.6246,相关性极显著(P<0.01)。
An experiment of hatchability of mini-brown layer was made. The results showed: (1) The hatchability of fertile eggs stored for three days inambient'temperature was 92. 44% , remarkably higher than that of stored for 10 - 13 days eggs (P<0. 010; (2) The hatchability of 55. 1 - 58. 0g in egg weight was 91. 27% higher than that of≤43. 0g and 49. 1 - 52. 0g (P<0. 01); (3) The hatchability of 74. 01 - 77. 00% in index of egg shape was 88. 21% higher than that of >83. 00% (P<0. 01); (4) The correlation index between birth weight and egg weight was 0. 6246,and the correlation is extremely obvious.
