清解注射液对实验动物炎症模型的疗效观察

TREATMENT EFFECTS OF QING-JIE INJECTION ON INFLAMMATORY PATHOLOGICAL MODEL OF LABORATORY ANIMALS

清解注射液对家兔接种细菌制造阳性疮疡及急性腹膜炎病理模型的疗效观察,实验结果表明:家兔接种后体温变化,实验组较对照组体温下降有显著性差异(P<0.05);对阳性疮疡溃烂面积,实验组较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);对家兔腹腔接种大肠杆茵K_(88)后,实验组腹腔内脏的炎症不明显;对甲醛所致小鼠耳廊肿胀有较强的抑制作用,实验组较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明清解注射液有退热、抗菌、消炎等作用。

The cure effects of Qing-Jie Injection (QJI) on inflammatory pathological model of rabbits was observed. The results showed that,as compared with the control, QJI signifi-cantily dropped the temperiture of rabbits vaccinated by E. coli (P<0. 05), decreased the area of positive inflammatory swelling on the surface of rabbits caused by S. aureus, and relieved the symptoms of acute peritonitis induced by E. coli. In addition, QJT can clearly inhibit inflammatory swelling of mice's anricle induced by formalin (P<0. 05).
