摘要
用控温水族箱设置五个温度梯度(19.4℃,23.0℃,28.0℃,32.0℃,35.5℃),以新鲜小浮萍(占70%)和紫背浮萍(占30%)为饵料,对草鱼夏花(初始平均重0.41—0.44g)的摄食、生长进行了63天的研究表明:试验期间鱼绝对增重率、日相对增重率和毛饵料转化效率都在32℃箱最高(0.177g/日·尾,2.95%,35.6%),随后依次是28.0℃、35.5℃、23.0℃箱,19.4℃箱的最低(0.002g/日·尾,0.49%,11.14%);平均摄食率随水温的升高而增高,最高为2.47g鲜浮萍/克体重·日(35.5℃箱),最低为0.71g/g·日(19.4℃箱)。根据本试验数据拟合的最大摄食率(C)与体重(W)和水温(T)的关系式为: C=4.9W^(-0.24)·((37.5-T)/(37.5-34))^(-0.68)·e((0.68(T-34))/(37.5-34))35.5℃箱的鱼出现萎瘪病,死亡率达44.5%。
The consumption and growth of young grass carp (initial mean body weight :0. 41 - 0. 44g) have been studied tor 63days in indoor temperature control aquaria at 19. 4℃,23. 0℃ ,28.0℃ ,32. 0℃ ,35. 5℃ water temperatures. The feed of it was duckweed (70% Lemna minor and 30% Spirodela polyrhiza). Mean absolute growth rate, mean daily relative growth rate and mean gross food conversion efficiency in the period were maximum (0.177g body weight · day-1,2. 95% and 35.6%) at 32. 0℃ , followed by 28. 0℃ ,35.0℃ ,23. 0℃ , and minimum (0. 002g d-1,0. 49% and 11. 14%) at 19. 4℃. Mean consumption rate in the period, being maxium (2. 47g wet duck weed · g-1 body weight · day-1) at 35. 5℃ and minimum (0. 71g · g-1 · d-1) at 19. 4 ℃ , increased with rise of temperature. According to the data of the experiment, the maximum consumption rate (C) was modeled as a function of fish weight (W) and water temperatuer (T):
The mortality caused by anemia disease at 35. 5℃ reached 44. 5%.
