Changes　of　glucocorticoid　receptors　in　peripheral　leukocytes　in　patients　with　bronchial　asthma

The maximal binding capacity(R0) and dissociation constant(Kd) of glucocorticoid receptors(GR) in peripheral leucocytes and the cortisol(F) level in plasma were estimated in 17 patients with bronchial asthma.The R0 of GR was 12908+2501 sites cell which wa
