骨痹通天丸对犬的长期毒性实验研究

An Experimental Study of the Long- term Toxicity of Gu Bi Tong Tian Wan on Dogs

犬口服骨痹通天丸10g/kg/d、4g/kg/d,连续用药120d。结果显示,该制剂对犬的摄食、皮毛,粪便、行为等一般活动无影响,对生长发育无抑制,对血象、肝肾功能无损害,小剂量组对心、肝、脾、肺,肾、肾上腺无毒性,大制量组仅对肝脏有一定毒性作用,但停药15d后可自行恢复。

Gu Bi Tong Tian Wan was fed to dogs with doses of 10g/kg/day and 4g/kg/day for 120 consecutive days. The results showed that no affection was found on dogs' appetite.fur,excrement and urine,and behaviour,etc,The drug has no inhibition on the animals' growth and development,and does not have influence on the animals' blood picture,liver and kidney function. In low - dose group,no intoxicational pathological changes were observed in their heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney .and adrenal gland by light microscopy;while in high-dose group,light toxicity was only found in liver,and which can be recovered by 15 days after stopping administration of the drug.
