粮库保管员肺通气功能的改变

The Changes of the Grain -store Keepers' Pulmonary Function

本文报导112例粮食仓库保管员与50例正常成人常规肺功能和最大呼气平均流速—容量曲线(MEFV)的测定结果。结果表明实验组与对照组之间除V50/V25一项指标外,不同工龄组间除VC、FEV_1％、V50/V25三项指标外,其余各功肺功能指标均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示随着工龄增加,肺通气功能逐渐降低。

The article reports the pulmonary function and the maximal expiratory flow - volume (MEFV) curves of 112 grain- store keepers and 50 normal healthy adults. The result has shown that all the indexes of pulmonary function are of obvious differences (P<10. 01) except one idex V30/V25 between the experiment group and the contrast one,and except three indexes VC,FEV % , V50//V25 among the groups of different lenhths of service, suggesting the grain - store Keeper's pulmonary functions decrease gradually as their lengths of service increasing with increased time of contact to the common insecticide.
