大鼠旁巨细胞外侧核呼吸神经元自发放电的类型

DISCHARGE PATTERNS OF RESPIRATORY NEURONS IN THE NUCLEUS PARAGIGANTOCELLULARIS LATERALIS IN THE RAT

摘要 在32只麻醉、自主呼吸的SD大鼠,用细胞外记录方法,在旁巨细胞外侧核尾侧半(cPGCL)记录到181个自发单位放电。结果发现cPGCL区存在着非呼吸相关神经元(NRRNs,134/181个,占被测试神经元的74%)和呼吸相关神经元(RRNs,47/181个,占26%)。RRNs可分为递增型吸气神经元(I—Aug,35/47个,占74.7%)、递减型吸气神经元(I—Dec,2/47个,4.2%)、稳定型或钟型吸气神经元(I—Con or I—bell,2/47个,4.2%)、递减型呼气神经元(E—Dee,4/47个,8.5%)、稳定型或钟型呼气神经元(E—Con or E—bell,2/47个,4.2%)、稳定型呼—吸跨时相神经元(EINs,2/47个,4.2%)六种亚型。RRNs以递增型吸气神经元为主,主要分布在cPGCL背外侧。(PGCL区RRNs在存在提示该区参与呼吸的调控。) One hundred and eighty one spontaneous discharge neurons in the caudal half of nucleus paragigan-tocellularis lateralis (cPGCL) were recorded on 32 anesthetized spontaneously breathing Sprague -Dawley rat. The discharge patterns of respiratory related neurons (RRNs) were analysed. The results in indicate that (1) there exist non respiratory related neurons (NRRNs, n=134) and RRNs (n=47) in PGCL. (2) among the 47 RRNs recorded, there were inspiratory neurons (INs, n = 39), expiratory neurons (ENs, n = 6) and phase-spanning neurons (PSNs, n = 2), (3) the RRNs showed 6 types of discharge pattern: augmenting INs (n = 35), decrementing INs (n = 2), constant INs (n = 2), decrementing ENs (n = 4), constant ENs (n = 2) and constant EINs (n = 2). The results suggest that RRNs in PGCL might be involed in the regulation of respiratory fuction.
