正常兔呼吸力学参数的测定

DETERMINATION ON THE PARAMETERS OF RESPIRATORY MECHANICS IN NORMAL RABBITS

本文对12只正常日本大耳白兔的呼吸力学进行了非损伤性可重复性实验。实验中采用混合麻醉法、无创性经口气管内插管术.并用自制食道气囊记录食道压(Pes)。测定的指标有呼吸频率f、潮气容积V,、呼吸流量V、Pes、肺动态顺应性Cldyn、肺阻力Rn和时间常数t。所测数据稳定,变异系数小。隔5日、50日和70日后作重复性实验.经方差分析各指标在各次实验之间均无显著差异。本研究可为呼吸系疾病模型的研究以及药物作用机制的探讨提供参考。

The noninvasive and reproductive experiments were performed on the mechanics of breathing in 12 normal white rabbits. Mixed anesthesia . noninvasive peroral endotracheal intubation and esophageal balloon made by us to measure the. esophaeal pressure (Pes) were used. The parameters of respiratory frequency (f), tidal volume. (VT), flow rate (V). Pes, lung dynamic compliance (CLdyn), pulmonary resistance (RL) and time constants (r) were determined. The results showed that the data were stable and the coefficients of variation were low. Experiments were repeated on 5, 50 and 70 days thereaffer, no significant differences were found by analysis of variance.
