摘要
乙肝康复冲剂由黄芪、白花蛇舌草等十味中药组成。研究证明,该药可明显增加大鼠胆汁分泌量,降低四氯化碳所致动物血清谷丙转氨酸(SGPT),谷草转氨酶(SGOT),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的升高、减轻四氯化碳对肝组织的损伤;促进肝脏对磺溴酞钠(BSP)的排泄,对急性肝损伤有明显保护作用。
Granule Yigankanlu' is a prescription consisting of 10 traditional Chinese medicines, including Huang qi and Bai hua she she cao. A study on the pharmacological actions of 'Granule Yigankanfu'was performed. The results showed that it could significantly reduce the CCl4 -induced elevauon of serum SGPT,SGOT and LDH in rats,facilitate the excretion of BSP in CCl4 - intoxicated mice,and alleviate the CCl4 -induced pathological damage to liver tissues in rats. It could also increase biliary secretion in normal rats. It was suggested that 'Granule yigankanfu'may protect the liver from acute damage of CCl4 in rats and mice.
