炻瓷生产中的三组分相图分析

ANALYSIS OF TRINATE PHASE DIAGRAM IN PRODUCTION OF STONEWARE

本文结合舒城陶瓷厂炻瓷的生产，运用Ｋ２Ｏ·Ａｌ２Ｏ３·４ＳｉＯ２－３Ａｌ２Ｏ３·２ＳｉＯ２－ＳｉＯ２三组分相图，对坯釉料的组成和烧成温度进行了分析，并说明了调整与计算方法，可望在实际工作中推广应用．

Combined with stoneware production in shucheng ceramics factory,this article analyzes the composition and sintering temperature of ceramic-body and glazings with K2O·Al2O3· 4SiO2- 3Al2O3· 2SiO2-SiO, trinary phase diagram,and demonstrates the methods of regulation and calculation which may be used in practice.
