石油树脂生产中三氯化铝复合催化剂的配制

PREPARATION OF AlCl_3-COMPLEX CATALYST IN THE PETROLEUM RESIN POLYMERIZATION

介绍了一种石油树脂生产中使用的氯化铝复合催化剂的配制方法。过程基于弗瑞德-克拉夫茨反应原理,氯代烷与芳烃在有AlCl_3存在下进行反应,生成烷基取代芳烃和具有催化活性的氯铝酸,通过实验比较了复合催化剂和干粉催化剂的使用效果,前者明显优于后者。

This paper recommends the way about preparing the AlCl_3-complex catalyst in thepetroleum resin polymerization. An alkyl chlorides reacts with aromatics in the presenceof AlCl_3 to form the alkyl substituted aromatics and HAlCl_4 which has catalytic activity.We have compared the effect of complex catalyst with powdered one by experiments.The former excels the latter obviously.
