摘要
本文从分析四十种中药运动补剂入手，依据祖国医学和营养学理论，对中药补剂的作用和作用机制，以及中药补剂研究的前景等问题进行讨论。
By analyisng 40 traditional Chinese medical tonicproducts of sports,this paper studied the funetion,mechanism andprospect of traditional Chinese medicai tonic products of sports.
