乙状结肠代替阴道手术治疗MRKH综合征（附15例报告）

Operative treating of MRKH syndrome by sigmoid colon instead of vagina

报道１５例乙状结肠代替阴道手术。１５例均属ＭＲＫＨ综合征，其中３例手术前有性生活史者均有性交困难，１例曾行“腹膜法”合并阴道－直肠瘘，１例“顶压法”后失败。所有病例术后均获成功，无严重并发症，至出院时新阴道愈合良好，深度足够，宽可容两横指。认为用该法较传统的阴道成形术，具有成功率高，生理功能好，置阴道模型时间短，并发症少等优点。

This article reports 15 cases of MRKH syndrome treated by sigmoid colon instead of vagina. Among the 15 cases,three cases were difficult to sexual intercouroe before operative freating, one case occuned rectovaginal fistula owing to being treated with 'peritoned therapy', and one case was not successful in 'top-pressed therapy'. All of the patients were healed after operating and no serious complications were found. The new vaginas have sufficent length and width to physiological function.
