外周血中中性粒细胞吞噬功能的再探讨

Approach again of phagocytotic of neutropils in peripheral blood

我们对正常人、外伤病人、感染病人全血中中性粒细胞（Ｎｅｕｔｒｏｐｈｉｌ，ＮＴＬ）的吞噬功能进行了测定，发现外伤病人、炎症病人血中ＮＴＬ的吞噬率比正常人ＮＴＬ的吞噬率明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），并且血中ＮＴＬ的百分率与ＮＴＬ的吞噬率有一定的相关性。

We have determined the phagocytosis of the peripherd neutropils(NTL) in the persons of wound and infective and normal. We found that the phagocytic rate of the NTL in wound and infective patients was significant lower than of normal one. In the other hand, we found that the phagocytic rate of NTL in the peripheral blood was relative to the rate of NTL percent in the peripheral blood.
