银杏叶黄酮抗自由基损伤的临床探讨 被引量:9

摘要 以生化法、羟胺发色法和DTNB直接法测定了23例老年冠心病患者应用"银可络"(银杏叶制剂)后血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化。结果表明应用"银可络"后血清LPO明显降低(P<0.05),SOD明显增高(P<0.05)、GSH-PX亦显著增高(P<0.01)。说明银杏叶黄酮具有较强的抗氧自由基损伤和抗指质过氧化损伤作用。 The contents of serum lipoperoxides(LPO)and the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)in 23 elderly coranary disease patients who were treated by ginkgo leaf flavonoid(ginkgo plus)were studied. The resrlts indicated that LPO contents was significantly lower(P<0.05).SOD activity was obviously higher(P<0.05)and GSH-PX activity was significantly higher(P<0.01) than tat before treatment.It suggested that ginkgo leaf flavonoid has the effects of anti-oxygen free radicals injury and anti-lipop eroxidation iniury.
