酶标抗体法在研究免疫性内耳病中的应用

THE METHOD OF ENZYMIC SYMBOL USED IN STUDING IMMUNE INNER EAR DISEASE

采用豚鼠耳蜗制作抗原片，用酶标抗体法检测，筛选临床上疑为免疫性内耳病的病人血清。通过不断改进，基本上建立了具有准确、可靠、简单、重复性好等优点的检测方法。为研究免疫性内耳病提供了一种手段，为临床对免疫性内耳病的诊断、疗效评估及预后等提供了参考依据。

To set op a new test method which has accurate;reliable;simple merits;and can be repeated in studing immune inner ear disease,we used the cochlea of guinea pigs to make antigenic slides.To found the antibody that can injure the inner ear,chosen the blood-serum of patients who were doublted as immune inner ear disease in clinic,and used the method of enzymic symbol.Through continous improvement,we set up a fundamental method.It provide one of the means in studing immune inner ear disease and also provide basis of reference for diagnosis,appraised curative effect and prognosis of immune inner ear disease in clinin.
