摘要
依据有关文献，对葡萄球菌的生物学特性进行了分析，选择凝固酶和新生霉素２个最有鉴定力的试验，将２８种葡萄球菌（不含金黄色葡萄球菌厌氧亚种和解糖葡萄球菌）分为３组，再分别选择５种、８种和１０种关键试验对３组进行种间鉴别，从而建立了葡萄球菌的分组鉴定法。２年来，应用本法对临床分离的２０２株葡萄球菌鉴定表明，分组鉴定法具有特异性强、重复性好、方法简便、易在普通实验室中操作等优点。
The biolgical characteristics of staphylococci are analyzed in accordance with relevant documents.A grouping identifying method of staphylococci is established through test Staphylocoagulase and Novobiocin which are of most authontic;28 kinds of staphylococci(except S.aureus subsp.anaerobius ands.sacharolyticus) being made into 3 groups;5 kinds,8 kinds and 10 kinds key tests being selected respectively and threee groups of being identified between kinds.That method provided the same conclusions as that given by the Balows method to an extend of 100% in analysing 202 strains of staphylococci seperated in the clinical practices of the last two years.Grouping identifing method features high specificity,good in repeating properties,simple,easy to be carry out in common laboratores,etc.
