摘要
A newly developed automatic spiral cladding machine for internal surface of hydrogenated reactor elbow is introduced.Workpiece being welded is rotated at various speeds and fed in along axial direction.TIG welding process with filler metal is applied with this machine.Welding is performed in flat position. The machine is intellectually controlled by a microprocessor. Torch waving width and welding speed is varied according to a formula,that the product of waving width and welding speed is constant. So the thickness of cladding layers at different points is uniform. The requirements of hydrogenation to cladding are conformed with this machine.
