SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF SENSITIZERS FOR THERMAL SENSITIVE RECORDING MATERIALS

摘要 Four sensitizers of high purity were synthesized with high yield. Their structures were verified by IR spectra and elementary analysis. The tricomponent eutectoid point determined by thermal analysis and the optical density determined by static and dynamic color development tests show that these sensitizers can lower the temperature and increase the rate of color development as well as enhance the optical .tensity when used in thermal sensitive materials. 报导作者合成的4种增感剂,产品收率和纯度均较高,用红外光谱、元素分析确定结构正确性.热分析测定三元低共熔点.还进行了静态、动态发色实验测定发色光密度值,证明增感剂用于热敏记录材料可降低显色温度,提高显色速度和发色光密度.
