摘要
In this paper, a 3-D video encoding scheme suitable for digital TV/HDTV (high definition television) is studied through computer simulation. The encoding scheme is designed to provide a good match to human vision. Basically, this involves transmission of low frequency luminance information at full frame rate for good motion rendition and transmission of high frequency luminance signal at reduced frame rate for good detail in static images.
对一种适用于数字电视/高清晰度电视的三维视频编码方法进行研究,给出实验结果。与人眼视觉特性相匹配,该法对低频亮度分量采用全帧速率传输以保证良好的运动显示,对高频亮度分量以降低的帧速率传输,以保证静止图像的细节。实验表明,这种编码方案简单有效,是一种有前途的编码方案。
