(Jointly promulgated by the state PlanningCommission, the State Economic and Trade Com-mission and the Minstry of Foreign Trade and Eco-nomic Co-operation on June 20,1995) Article 1 These provisions are formulated inaccordance with the stipulations of the State laws foroverseas investment and requirements of the indus-trial policies in order to guide overseas investment,make the direction of such investment suit to China’s Programme of national economic and social devel-opment, and benefit the protection of the legalrights and intersts of investors.
