STUDY ON THE SHORT-TERM ANOMALY OF OUTGOING LONG-WAVE RADIATION BEFORE GONGHE EARTHQUAKE

简述应用卫星长波辐射资料研究地震前兆与地震预报的方法原理。报道１９９４年以来共和中强地震的ＯＬＲ地震前兆及短期地震预报的情况。对ＯＬＲ地震前兆的特征及短期地震预报进行讨论。

The method of earthquake precursor and earthquake prediction were made a brief introduction using the data of outgoing long-wave radiation,received by the satellite. The OLR precursor and short -term earthquake prediction before Gonghe earthquakes were analysed and their characteristies and relationship were discussed.
