摘要
论述由两个贝塞尔函数之差表示的圆缝衍射的光强分布公式,并以此分析三种情况的衍射斑的各级极值光强位置,进而讨论艾里斑随ε的值接近于1而收缩的规律。
The distribution formula of the light intensity for the circular slit diffraction takes the form of the difference of two Bessel functions. In this paper,the positions of the extreme intensity of diffraction spots corresponding to every order is analysed and the change of Airy disk is discussed ,especially for its contraction when ε is near to one.
