DISCUSSION ON DATABASE APPLICATION DESIGN FROMA REAL SYSTEM

随着数据库系统的广泛应用,数据库应用设计成为一个重要而实际的课题.本文通过一个数据库应用系统KCMS的开发实例,讨论了数据库设计应遵循的四个主要步骤,即应用需求分析、数据库结构设计、程序模块设计和程序编写及调试.本文还给出了KCMS的数据流图、数据库字典和程序的模块结构.

With the widespread aplication of Database Systems ,the database application design becomes an important and practical issue. Providing a real system KCMS as an example, this paper shows that the database application development can consist of four main steps. That is application requirement analysis, database structure design , program structure design and programing and testing. This paper also gives the dataflow chart ,the database dictionary and the program stucture of KCMS.
