摘要
我院普外科在1985年1月至1993年12月期间共计有43例大肠癌所致急腹症患者接受急诊手术,占我院同期大肠癌手术的10.3％。通过对该组病例的临床综合分析及部分病例的随访发现:急诊行一期切除吻合与仅行姑息性手术其并发症发生率及病死率无明显差异,而二者生存时间却差异明显。认为只要充分准备,掌握正确的吻合技术,一期切除吻合是完全可行的。
Emergency operation were performed in 43 patients with acute abdomen caused by large intestinal carcinoma in our hospital from January, 1985 to December, 1993. Clinical analysis and follow up observations showed that there were not much differences in the mortality rate and complications between the above mentioned one stage emergency operation and that of the palliative operation. But the survival time was much longer in the forme. Hence, the authors consider that emergency one stage tumor removal and anastomsis is worth while provided that the preparations are adequate and correct anastomic technique is applied.
