The autopsy finding in a case with head injury was reported.The left temporal scalp haemoloma,extensive subarachnoid haemorrhage and vertebral artery rupture were found.The resultsindicate that the vertebral artery might probably has been ruptured if the subarachnoid hemorrhage was seen.
