摘要
本文报道了85例单纯椎动脉型颈椎病患者的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)及脑电图(EEG)描记结果,结果表明:BAEP的异常改变以Ⅰ波,Ⅲ波为主,Ⅴ波异常者较少;BAEP的异常率(38.3%)较EEG的异常率(8.2%)明显为高。提示:(1)单纯椎动脉型颈椎病主要影响内耳,听神经及脑干下部的血供;(2)BAEP对颈椎病引起的椎基底动脉供血不足所致的脑部损害比EEG有较高的敏感性,不失为一种可靠的非创伤性辅助检查手段。
This paper reported the results of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and electroencephalogram (EEG) of 85 patients with cervical spondylopathy of simple vertebral artery type which showed that the abnormal changes of wave I and wave II of BAEP were more common than that of wave V and that the abnormal rate of BAEP (38. 8%) was higher than that of EEG (8. 2%). These results indicated that the cervical spondylopathy of simple vertebral artery type mainly influenced the blood supply of inner ear, acoustic nerve and the lower part of brainstem, that the sensitivity of BAEP to the brain damage caused by cervical spondylopathy was higher than that of EEG. The paper pointed out that BAEP is a reliable un-traumatic accessoty examination method.
