胎脑组织移植治疗脑瘫的电生理观察

ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE PATIENTS WITH BRAIN PARALYSIS TREATED BY FETAL BRAIN TISSUE TRANSPLANTATON

对4例胎脑组织移植治疗脑瘫的患儿行大脑皮层电刺激检查MEP、SEP、BAEP、P-VEP、EEG等五项电生理观察,结合临床进行后期疗效的综合评定,结果为良1例,有效2例,无效1例(苯丙酮酸尿症)。

Four cases of chilaren with brain paralysis treated by fetal brain tissue transplantation weren subjected to cerebral cortex electrical stimulating examinations. Curing effect was comprehensively assessed through MEP, SEP, BAEP, P-VEP. and clinical symptoms and signs. The results indicated that one case was good, 2 cases were effective, and the other one (Phenylketonuria) was ineffective.
