急性脑血管病人心电图改变与病变部位及近期预后关系的探讨

THE EXPLORATION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ELECTROCARDIOGRAM VARIATION OF ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE AND NIDUS AREA AND RECENT PROGNOSIS

本文对临床确诊的200例急性脑血管病人的心电图改变进行了分析。发现心电图有动态改变者152例(占76％)。从本组结果来看,心电图改变与病情严重程度、病变部位及近期预后有密切关系。病情重者心电图改变较明显,预后不良。靠近基底节区及丘脑病变心电图异常率高,周边病变则较低。其中后颅凹及白质病变异常率最低。病情严重者心电图恢复较慢,异常项多。病情轻者则反之。

The electrocardiogram (ECG) of 200 Cases of acute cerebrovascular disease were analyesed clinically. The variation rate of ECG is 76% (152 cases). The relationship among variation of ECG and seriousness area and prognosis of desease was close. Variation of ECG of serious case was obvious and its prognosis was bad. The variation rate of ECG of basal ganglion and thalamus nidus is higher, peripheral nidus is lower. The variation of ECG of serious case recovers slowly and its abnormal change was more. The light case is opposite.
